Welcome to Mary Lillard Intermediate School

Welcome to a new year of school and a new year of PTA partnership! I am truly honored to volunteer as your new 2018 -2019 PTA President.

If this is your first year at Mary Lillard Intermediate School, I would like to extend a very warm welcome to each of you, and if you are a returning member of the Mary Lillard Intermediate family, I hope you are as excited as we are to continue our joint partnership with the school administration to positively impact the lives of our children.

I encourage each and every one of you to become a part of our PTA.  Your membership and support allows the PTA to raise funds to provide a wide range of educational enrichment programs for the students and staff, such as:

  • Help to purchase classroom supplies
  • Improve technology access in our classrooms
  • Subsidize field trips, etc.

For the PTA to be effective and truly representative of the school, everyone’s participation is essential. Join us and share with us the excellent ideas you have to improve your children’s school experience.

Keep in mind that by volunteering at our school, you will get to interact with the kids, become friends with other parents, and truly make a difference. We promise that the time you give to the PTA and the school will be worth your while—and fun!

On behalf of the entire PTA Executive Board, I would like to thank you in advance for your support. If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact us. Have a wonderful, productive and fun school year, and know we are so happy you are part of the Mary Lillard Intermediate family.
